Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment before it is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 9–26 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the items ordered, and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

GROYPrUS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at groyprus@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
