Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with GROYPrUS. Because our products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes, since each item is custom-made after an order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at groyprus@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All print-on-demand apparel and merchandise unless defective or incorrect

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it. For all other cases, a new order must be placed.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days unless the product is custom-made or personalized, which is exempt from the cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

Since our products are made to order, this exemption applies and standard cancellation rights do not apply once production has begun. However, defective or incorrect items will still be replaced or refunded.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
